About

KLANG-ORE is a young project on solo vibraphone repertoire started in 2022.

Emerging as a youthful endeavor with a global reach, KLANG-ORE originates from Lorenzo Dari and Livia Malossi’s aspiration to broaden the contemporary solo vibraphone repertoire— a realm ripe with untapped potential.

This initiative entails the rendition of eight specially commissioned compositions crafted by exceptionally talented emerging composers from Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Iran.

Accomplishment

For its value, KLANG-ORE was awarded the Culture Moves Europe mobility grant 2024, funded by the EU and Goethe-Institut.

Thanks to the European Mobility Grant, KLANG-ORE will travel to Madrid to work on recording an album with Spanish record label Da_Sh Music in July 2024.
